Faster Fat Loss With Simple Chewing Trick

How do you chew?

You may be surprised to find out HOW you eat/chew has a lot to do with how fast or slow you lose fat

…because, how you eat/chew can have a huge impact on how MUCH you end up eating.

The verdict is in… powering through your meals and snacks can bypass your body’s natural “full” feeling, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes or so to set in.

In a recent study about weight gain factors, 2 major culprits were identified:

1. How MUCH you eat (not really a surprise there!)
2. How FAST you eat!

Folks in the study that sped through their meals were 3 times more likely to be overweight than those that ate their food at a more leisurely pace. And this is primarily because they found out those same folks ended up eating much more overall.

And in a fast-paced world like today, something that used to be more commonplace has now become a chore… an effort.

So here are some tips to help slow your eating down, and keep the fat away:

1. Don’t eat while distracted. This means try to limit the times you eat while watching TV, on the computer, etc. Distractions can easily create speed eating and mindless eating.

2. Eat smaller meals more frequently. I have found it much easier to slow our eating down when approaching a modest sized meal versus one that looks like a chore to finish!

3. Stay hydrated before and after meals. Drinking some ice cold water 30 min or so before and after a meal can help keep you feeling full and less likely to power through your meals and snacks.

Alright, so take a moment and look back at your last week of eating… how do YOU chew?
